How we cut cost per lead by 55% — and grew monthly leads nearly 5×.

A full account rebuild, not a tweak.

The account was spending $5,218 a month, but only 3 campaigns were active — the rest sat idle. High-value treatments like implants, emergency care, and denture stabilization had no dedicated campaigns at all. Cost per lead sat at $98.46, and only 4.66% of clicks converted to a consultation request. We rebuilt it from scratch: ten dedicated campaigns, one per treatment line, each with its own budget and bid strategy. Performance Max ran across the four highest-value services. Every campaign moved to conversion-based bidding with accurate tracking, and a dedicated Emergency Dentistry campaign captured same-day, high-intent searches the old account missed entirely.

Nearly 5× more monthly leads, at 55% lower cost per lead — in the same market, on the same offer.

Methodology: figures reflect a Google Ads account comparison over a 13-month period (Jan 2025 – Feb 2026) for the same anonymized dental practice in the same geographic market. No changes were made to pricing, services, or offline operations during this period. Improvements are attributed to account restructuring, service-level campaign architecture, and performance-based bidding by ScalingCraft.
